An invigorating hour of stretch and strength to revitalise you to return to work (or not!) for the afternoon.
This dynamic style of yoga follows a sequence that you will learn, building a practice that you can take home.
Ashtanga yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility and core stability whilst realigning the body.
