Pilates with Pulse4life
A regular Pilates practice will develop both core and whole body strength, improve balance and total body mobility.
It is an excellent method of rehab from injury or back issues and a great compliment to any existing exercise/sports programme. Through a series of controlled movement and exercise, both standing and mat-based, Pilates will help to realign the body and bring a sense of wellbeing.
Pilates with pulse4life can be taken with a class or on a 1-2-1 basis.

Pilates classes run 2 x per week at The Open House Stroud (by Star Anise cafe) £55 for a 6 wk block (or £12 drop-in)
