The focus of Pilates is to build core strength and a strong, flexible spine.

It’s a very different way of approaching movement, with great benefits for health and well-being. Core-stability is a real focus along with flexibility, muscle tone, improved posture – developing a strong, streamlined body.

Pilates is an excellent way to recover from injury and build a strong foundation from which to enhance both functional and sports fitness.
