Yoga with Pulse4life

The style taught is Ashtanga Yoga – a practice with strong flowing movement to develop strength and flexibility, helping to realign the body.

Through regular practice core strength and posture will improve as will mental wellbeing.  Ashtanga Yoga is an excellent compliment to other exercise aiding recovery by stretching and strengthening the entire body. Remember you don’t have to be flexible to do Yoga!

Classes run 2 x per week:

Mondays Open House Stroud 1915-2015 (6 wk block £55 or drop-in £12)

Fridays Sherston village hall 1030-1145 (6 wk block (£60 or drop-in £12)
