Yoga with Pulse4life

During lockdown, all Pulse4life Yoga classes are online via Zoom – go to calendar for details. In ‘normal times’ Yoga sessions take place in-person at The Loft – Stroud Brewery, Kingfisher Business Park, Stroud GL5 2BY.

The development of Yoga can be traced back over 5,000 years and with regular practice develops a union of body and mind – building strength, flexibility, core- stability and realignment.

The style taught is Ashtanga Yoga – a practice which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout through dynamic breathing and strong flowing movement.

Ashtanga Yoga is an excellent way to compliment a regular exercise programme (running, cycling, strength training, sports etc) – stretching and strengthening the entire body and aiding recovery.
