Yoga means Union

The development of Yoga can be traced back over 5,000 years and with regular practice develops a union of body and mind – building strength, flexibility, core- stability and realignment.

The style taught is Ashtanga Yoga. This practice creates a high-heat, high-energy workout through dynamic breathing and strong flowing movement.

Ashtanga Yoga is an excellent way to compliment a regular exercise programme (running, cycling, strength training, sports etc) – stretching and strengthening the entire body and aiding recovery.

There are both weekly classes and 1:1 sessions in Nailsworth, Stroud and Sherston catering for all levels of ability.
