Online classes have become a regular feature of the Pulse4life schedule and the latest lockdown for November will include both morning and evening sessions.

As owner of Pulse4life, Stuart Dunn is a qualified Fitness Trainer and Yoga/Pilates teacher with 20 years of experience in health, fitness & sport education.
