Outdoor Sport & Fitness

There are weekly outdoor classes in Fresh Air Fitness plus sports sessions for Home-educated children. Training takes place in both Stroud, Gloucestershire and Shesrton, Wiltshire providing both a fun and exciting challenges in all weathers!

 

Pilates

Pilates is all about about developing strength and mobility from the centre of the body.  Weekly classes run in Stroud and 1-2-1 can be booked for a personalised programme.
