Personal Training
Whether you’re training for an event, wanting to lose weight or just for general fitness, Stuart’s personal training is structured around you, at your home, outdoors or at Stuart’s training space.
Outdoor Sport & Fitness
There are weekly outdoor classes in Fresh Air Fitness and Home Ed. Sports. These sessions take place whatever the weather and provide both a fun and exciting challenge in the elements!
Pilates
The focus of these sessions (classes and 1:1) is to develop a strong and flexible spine. Pilates will improve muscle tone, core strength and flexibility through mindful movement and breath.
Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga delivers a high-heat, high-energy workout through dynamic breathing and strong flowing movements. A regular practice calms the mind and develops a strong and flexible body.
Rhythm - Samba, Boomwhackers & Solomento
Energise and connect with a Samba drumming teambuilding event for your business, school or community. Boomwhackers for your ice-breaker. Solomento for your party or festival!
