As owner of Pulse4life, Stuart Dunn is a qualified Fitness Trainer and Yoga/Pilates teacher with 20 years of experience in health, fitness & sport education.

Outdoor Sport & Fitness

There are weekly outdoor classes in Fresh Air Fitness and Home Ed. Sports. These sessions take place whatever the weather and provide both a fun and exciting challenge in the elements!

 

Pilates

The focus of these sessions (classes and 1:1) is to develop a strong and flexible spine. Pilates will improve muscle tone, core strength and flexibility through mindful movement and breath.
