Pulse4Life transitioning from lockdown.
As we tread carefully out of lockdown Pulse4Life is continuing with live Zoom classes in the morning, with on-demand workouts available via YouTube. If you’d like to join these daily live sessions, then just email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an invite.
As well as online sessions there are phased outdoor classes starting to come your way. Due to government guidelines these can only be groups of 5. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to start a small group Fresh Air Fitness class at a venue convenient to everyone.

If you’d like to participate in Pulse4life Zoom classes, but can’t make the scheduled times – just search Pulse4life – mind, body, rhythm on YouTube where you’ll find lots of regularly uploaded sessions.This is an ever-evolving schedule! Look out for early classes on Mpnday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings and ‘Workouts with Stuff’ eg. kettlebell, fit-ball, resistance band, dumbbells. With ever-changing guidelines, Pulse4life is transitioning out of lockdown from the week beginning June 15, 2020 with Outdoor Small Group Sessions in both fitness and sport. So please get in touch if you would like to get together for some 1-2-1 Personal Training or with a group of friends or your kids for sport classes. Look forward to hearing your ideas/feedback and please continue to share with friends, family and on your social media.
