You may want to train for an event or find a way back to fitness, through a variety of methods: strength and conditioning; sports coaching; yoga, pilates.
1-2-1 sessions focus on you, challenging and conditioning your body as your fitness progresses. You may wish to train with a friend (or two) which is highly motivational and fun – spreading the cost.
During lockdown, all Personal Training sessions can be Online or in a Public Space with social distancing. In ‘normal times’ 1-2-1 or small group training can be at your home in the Stroud Valleys, Gloucestershire or around Sherston, Wiltshire.
