Friday morning Ashtanga Yoga in Sherston is suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.
This dynamic style of yoga follows a sequence that you will learn, building a practice that you can take home!
Friday class is 75 minutes.
Ashtanga yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility and core stability whilst realigning the body.
Improve sports performance– a great compliment to any existing exercise programme.
A mindful practise combining movement with the breath, helps connect mind and body.
