A mid-morning mat-based Pilates class for all levels
Fit in a whole body conditioning workout in this mid-morning class – walk out taller, re-enegised for the day ahead!
This 60 minute class will strengthen your core, improve flexibility and develop a strong, toned body.
Pilates combines breath and movement, creating a mindful, calming workout.
