Monday early evening Pilates in Nailsworth will release stress and tension– stretching and strengthening the entire body!
This Pilates class is a great way to start or develop an existing practice. Regular sessions will build a strong foundation in core strength, muscle tone, increasing whole body mobility and and flexibility.
Mat Pilates is a method of exercise combining breath and movement, creating a mindful and challenging workout,
An excellent method of exercise to compliment existing activities/sports or to rehab from injury and/or back pain.
