Thursday Morning Pilates in Amberley is a super-invigorating start to the day – stretching and strengthening the entire body!
This small class allows for greater focus and attention – all students developing at their own pace.
Connecting your breathing with movement, creates a mindful and challenging workout.
Pilates will develop core strength – excellent for complimenting sports/other activities or to rehab back pain.
