FAF – a fun, challenging, total body outdoor workout.
Interval training using the body and/or equipment as resistance will progressively build strength and endurance.
Exercise and game activities will keep you focused on the fun – challenging your body at a level to suit you.
Improve sports performance, compliment an existing exercise programme – get out, enjoy the outdoors whilst getting fit!
Dress for the weather – we’ll be there whatever!
