Fresh Air Fitness
A weekly outdoor class – Fresh Air Fitness runs in Sherston (nr. Malmesbury), Wiltshire. A fun and challenging total body workout in all weathers!
Pilates
Pilates with Stuart Dunn is an excellent way to develop core strength and whole body conditioning. Whether you are recovering from injury, have back issues or want to get stronger and more flexible – try a class or some 1-2-1.
Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a practice developing whole body strength and flexibility (you don’t have to be flexible to start!). Join a class in Stroud or Sherston or book 1-2-1 sessions at your home.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture treats imbalance in the body, proven to help promote health and wellness in both body and mind. Help to release both chronic and acute conditions such as muscular skeletal pain, headaches/migraines, IBS and arthritis through both acupuncture and Chinese massage.
