An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday 6th April, 2021

A total body workout developing core stability, strength, flexibility and balance.
Improve whole body mobility for everyday functional movement or to compliment an existing exercise/sports programme.
Pilates with Pulse4life is also an excellent method of rehabilitation for back issues and other injuries.
