Kettlebell for strength and cardio. Learn to lift with correct technique to develop whole body strength. Increase bone density, build/tone muscle, fire up your metabolism. This class will cater for complete beginners and those with some experience of using resistance equipment. Each session will include a thorough warm-up, kettlebell exercises and a cool-down/stretch.
Bring a mat, water (and a kettlebell if you have one).
