An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, repeating until 11th February 2019
FAF – a fun, challenging, total body outdoor workout.
Interval training using the body and/or equipment as resistance will progressively build strength and endurance.
Games and partner activities will keep you focused on the fun – challenging your body at a level to suit you.
Improve sports performance, compliment an existing exercise programme – get out, enjoy the outdoors whilst getting fit!
Dress for the weather – we’ll be there whatever!
£36 (6 wk term) / £8 drop-in
