Monday morning Ashtanga Yoga in Sherston is suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.
This dynamic style of yoga flows from a standing sequence to seated postures through to closing with a short relaxation.
Monday class is 60 minutes.
Ashtanga yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility and core stability whilst realigning the body.
Improve sports performance– a great compliment to any existing exercise programme.
A mindful practise combining movement with the breath, helps connect mind and body.
