You don’t have to be flexible to do this class! Ashtanga yoga will develop your total body strength and flexibility, whilst building a strong core and improving your posture.
This dynamic practice flows from one posture to the next in a sequence, building body heat with a combination of breath and movement. Ashtanga yoga is a great compliment to any existing exercise programme or sports activity. It is also a an excellent way to rehab from injury or back issues, helping to realign the body with controlled dynamic movement.
