Friday morning Ashtanga Yoga in Sherston is suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.
This dynamic style of yoga flows from a standing sequence to seated postures through to closing with a short relaxation.
Ashtanga yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility and core stability whilst realigning the body.
